1. General Provisions
- This repair and returns policy applies to all products supplied by V5 GROUP - VIDIA LTD
- All repair and return processes are carried out in accordance with Israeli consumer protection laws.
2. Repair Service
- If a product supplied by V5 GROUP - VIDIA LTD exhibits defects or malfunctions within the applicable warranty period, please contact our Customer Support for troubleshooting and service instructions.
- Repairs under warranty will be carried out free of charge, provided the defect has not been caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, or external damage.
- Out-of-warranty repairs may be subject to a fee, and a repair cost estimate will be provided before work commences.
3. Return Process
- All return requests require prior authorization from V5 GROUP - VIDIA LTD. Please contact our support team with your product details, purchase date, and reason for return.
- Products may only be returned after receiving a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
- Returned items must be sent to the designated address in their original packaging, along with all accessories and proof of purchase.
4. Evaluation and Handling
- All returned products will be inspected upon receipt.
- If a product is found to be defective within warranty coverage, repair or replacement will be provided at no additional cost.
- If the product is found to be out of warranty, damaged due to improper use, or not defective, you will be notified of repair costs or alternative arrangements.
5. Return for Credit or Exchange
- Requests to return unused products for credit or exchange will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to restocking fees.
- Custom or special order products are generally non-returnable unless agreed in advance or required by law.
6. Shipping Costs
- The customer is responsible for shipping costs to V5 GROUP - VIDIA LTD unless otherwise agreed. For products deemed defective under warranty, return shipping to the customer will be covered by V5 GROUP - VIDIA LTD.

1. General Policy
- Returns and exchanges are permitted in accordance with Israeli consumer protection laws and V5 GROUP - VIDIA LTD standards.
- Customers are encouraged to review this policy before making a return or exchange request.[1][4]
2. Eligibility
- Products must be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt, unused, in original packaging, and with the receipt or proof of purchase.
- To initiate a return or exchange, customers must contact V5 GROUP - VIDIA LTD Customer Service to obtain approval and a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
3. Conditions for Return & Exchange
- Only products purchased directly from V5 GROUP - VIDIA LTD are eligible.
- The item must be in resalable condition with all accessories and documentation.
- Customized, special-order, or software products are generally non-returnable unless defective.
4. Procedure
- Contact Customer Service by email or phone with your order details, reason for return or exchange, and product photos if applicable.
- After receiving RMA, ship the product to the designated address. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed for defective items.
- Upon inspection, a refund, replacement, or store credit will be issued based on eligibility and product condition.
5. Defective or Incorrect Goods
- If goods are found to be defective or incorrect upon delivery, notify V5 GROUP - VIDIA LTD within 10 days. Approved warranty returns will cover shipping both ways for Israeli customers.
6. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned item.
